Know terms before using:
- Breakfast (6am - 7am)
- Morning snacks (9am - 10am)
- Lunch (12pm - 1pm)
- After Lunch snacks (4pm - 5pm)
- Supper (8pm - 9pm) (note supper must be 1 hour before to bed plan accordingly)
DAY 1 (Sunday - Assuming starting plan with my favorite day):
- Breakfast:
- 1 Cup skim Milk
- 1 plum
- Morning Snack
- Small apple
- Lunch
- Wheat roll
- veg burger
- After lunch snack
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 fruit salad
- Supper
- 2 pulkas ( roti made with out oil)
- 1 cup leaf curry
- 1 cup pastured milk
DAY 2 (Monday):
- Breakfast:
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup bran flake cereals
- 1 banana
- Morning Snack
- 1 orange or apple
- Lunch
- 1 cup rice
- 2 pulkas
- 1 cup curry
- After lunch snack
- 1 cup oats
- Supper
- 2 roti made with ragi (with out oil)
- 1 cup dal
- 1 cup milk
DAY 3 (Tuesday):
- Breakfast:
- 1 cup milk
- 4 bread slices
- Morning Snack
- 1 carrot (around 100gms)
- Lunch
- 1 egg
- rice or roti your wish
- After lunch snack
- 1 cup cereals
- Supper
- 2 pulkas
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup fruit salads
DAY 4 (Wednesday):
- Breakfast:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sliced beetroot
- Morning Snack
- 1 banana
- 1 cup cereals
- Lunch
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup curry
- After lunch snack
- 1 apple
- Supper
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fruit salad
